Hi Konstantinos,

I hope that you have installed cordova version 5.2

• Make sure you have executed the below commands after installing/upgrading SMP SDK.
• cd C:\SAP\MobileSDK3\KapselSDK\cli
• npm install -g

Also, double check you have required android platforms installed  as mentioned in the guide: SAP Web IDE Hybrid App Toolkit Add-on
