Hi,

 

this requires to be chcked from the backend. Kindly wait for the SAP support/development to check it. It is better to track the progress in the incident itself.

 

Please do double check that the incident is indeed sent to SAP. You can verify this by checking its status which should ideally be 'In Process - Provider Action'.
