How to create Pricing Procedure

I am working for a food company. We have two different PO's

1, International PO with Ocean Freight, Duty=Duty+Processing Fees+ Harbor Charges, Examine Fees=USDA %, Customs Fee, Other fee, Transportation Charge=Basic Truck Fee+ Chassis Fee+ detention fee, Broker Handling charge, Foward handling charge and Misc

2, Domestic PO with Pallet Charge, Truck Charge=Basic Truck charge+ Detention fee and Misc

I need to work on Creating Pricing Procedures,

The solution that i proposed was to create 2 schema cals one for International PO and Domestic PO.

I did went through the Pricing Procedures but couldnt figure out how to execute this from the start. Can some one please help me on how i can do this.
