Hello Pradeep,
which JDK/JRE are you using?
Go in Windows to Control Panel --> Programs --> Java (32-bit) and in the Java Control Panel that will open, do the following:
1. Click on Temporary Internet Files (Button Settings) and then on Delete Files. This will remove old versions of your Java WebStart applications.
2. In the Java Control Panel, click on the Java tab and then on View. There you can see, which Java runtime is active (and share the enabled JRE version numbers with us).
3. In the Java Control Panel, click on the Advanced tab and in the section Debugging activate Enable Logging. In the section Java Console, activate Show Console. The next time you start ESR or ID, you should be able to see in a Java console an output and hopefully an error message that might lead you/us to the issue.
Best regards,
Sebastian
