I am also facing exactly same issue. When I open the sales demo URL I can see certificates in below 3 names. Ca n you please help me that how you got these thawte/thawteSSLCA or you just rename these.

VeriSignClass3PublicPrimaryCertificationAuthority-G5.crt

                  SymantecClass3SecureServerCA-G4.crt

                             successfactors.crt
