I'll make sure I post this at Sapphire or ASUG in any of your future sessions so they can see how completely unprofessional you are. You think SF is the end all be all of SAP? You're clearly young and don't have much business sense about you. Let me give you some information about the HR business that you clearly aren't aware of, as well as a lesson on integration. Managers and employees aren't the only ones that create/maintain objects in OM. In many cases it's the HRIS group and they want to maintain ALL of the objects in a single place. Not have to go to numerous transactions depending on what needs to be created/updated. You have to get your head out of the sand and thing big picture for everyone that uses SAP HR.....not just the people that use 1 module within the suite. This isn't 1980.
