First check queues are clear between both systems. Second what does this mean? What kind of inconsistency you are talking about?
But when I checked inconsistency of data, I seen that all data, which CIFed to APO looks like not transferred.
Did you selected the line and clicked on "find models" in CFM5?
And when I look at CFM5 with filter by material, I don't see any IM relevant for material.
Could you share some screen shots of what you are doing? Also go to CFM2, just put your "logical system" name and execute. You will see all IM's. Open the tree and click on relevant IM, further click on detail view. Under object type you will see count. Click on the same and check whether your master data is there or not?
