HANA Studio 1.0.53 is based on/comes with Eclipse Juno (3.8/4.2).
The current version of the ABAP Development Tools (2.44) requires at least Eclipse Kepler (4.3). So you either have to switch to a newer HANA Studio, an older version of the ABAP Development Tools (still offered on the Service Marketplace, but not longer maintained) or you take a pure Eclipse Luna and install all required tools from the SAP Update Site (HANA Tools (the stuff the comes with HANA Studio), BW, ADT).

PS: You have copied only the first/visible rows of the error message. It's easier to get the complete message from the Error log view after cancelling the installation dialogue.
