In the SIGN OPTION LOW and HIGH values you need to populate the value of your parameter/select-options and not the text !

Please try this one your passing your selection screen parameters and select options as text to the LS_ITAB-LOW and LS_ITAB-HIGH that is the correct way remove the single quotes it makes the value as text,here i am attaching the changed code please try and revert.

HANA Studio 1.0.53 is based on/comes with Eclipse Juno (3.8/4.2).
The current version of the ABAP Development Tools (2.44) requires at least Eclipse Kepler (4.3). So you either have to switch to a newer HANA Studio, an older version of the ABAP Development Tools (still offered on the Service Marketplace, but not longer maintained) or you take a pure Eclipse Luna and install all required tools from the SAP Update Site (HANA Tools (the stuff the comes with HANA Studio), BW, ADT).

Your statements about the alerts you have created are pretty vague. I suggest you first review the examples provided by SAP in /SAPAPO/ADVM. You need to ensure that your Macro Alert works before you even think about trying to use the Alert Monitor.
You should review SAP's Macro examples, and reverse-engineer them: //ADVM > do not select any macro book > select Ctrl F9 (where-used list) > Select Macro Elements > select Alert/Status. You will get a list of every Macro that includes an alert. Ignore your own Macros (they don't work, right?) and instead select the 'Example' macros. Open these books one by one, and all the macros that contain Alerts will be displayed in the work area. Open each macro and analyze them. You will see how a successful alert is created.

Dear Monika,
Yes you can record and replay multiple transactions in one script/recording with eCATT.
Your experiences so far might be using the TCD command in CATT or eCATT tool. There unfortunatelly only on transaction is possible for one TCD command.
It even requires to finish the complete processing within this transaction (including DB save if intended), so no splitting into multiple eCATT commands is possible. The transactional context needs to be identical with the commands context block due to the use of batch input technoloy.
So how can you have multiple transactions automated in one recording?
The key is: use "SAPGUI" command here!
You should use the command SAPGUI for that, leveraging the SAP Gui scripting technology as automation API. This will automate the GUI just like a user would operate it, where "/n[TCODE]" in OK-Code field is an valid option.

When you tried it yourself, did you check the "Comparisons Tab" in asset explorer to check if your transaction is not reversing in the next fiscal year.
